I first met Sylvia in 2017 when she sold the property next to my home and was impressed in how she promoted the property. Therefore, I definitely wanted an agent who could do the job I needed. Many realtors in Ocean City just sit there and wait until someone comes along and then they try to sell the property, also many agents don't even know what they are talking about.
